During my internship at Columbus Light & Water, I led initiatives that significantly boosted the company's outreach and engagement. I designed eye-catching graphics and managed social media campaigns, including a TikTok series and a customer information update campaign. My work also involved creating a customer satisfaction survey and developing content for emergency situations, contributing to a substantial increase in social media engagement and community involvement.
